Pairing
food with beer is an integral part of the whole experience.
Many times when customers come into the shop and are not sure
about what they want to get we often ask what they are having
for dinner. So here are a few starting points and links to
get you in the mood. Often
times the wrong dish will sabotage the true flavor of a beer
so we want to help steer you in the right direction.
IPAs
stand up to spicy food whether Mexican, BBQ, Oriental
or whatever style you like your hot stuff.
Stouts and Porters are generally for after dinner with
dessert.
Saisons are dry like wines with no after taste so they go
nicely with more delicate foods such as fish.
